Can request a refund if I can’t run?

Once your entry is accepted (save for statutory rights for online payments) we are not able to offer refunds.
How old do you need to be to enter?

The age limit for entries is 16 years on race day.
Is the course accurate?

The course is accurate to 5 miles and has a UKA Course Measure Certificate confirming the accuracy.
Is there a limit on entries?

There is a limit of 500 participants for the 2024 event.
What is the closing date for entries?

Entries will be available on the day of the race unless the race limit has been reached. Interval Races will announce this if the race sells out before the day

I enter and intend to run entirely at my own risk.

I declare I will abide by the age limit of 16 years or over on the 31/03/24 and will abide by the laws and rules of the UKA (UK Athletics)

I accept that the organisers , sponsors, partners, marshals will not be liable for any loss, damages, action, claim, cost, or expenses that may arise in consequence of my participation of the event.

I accept entries cannot be refunded once accepted.

I hereby give my permission for Interval Races to use my name and photographic likeness for promotional purposes.

Interval Races reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to cancel, delay or postpone the event due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances out of our reasonable control. Where the event has to be cancelled, delayed or postponed due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control we shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expenses, costs, losses or damages suffered by participants. Where the event has to be cancelled, delay or postponed due to circumstances that were within our reasonable control, our entire liability will be limited to the entry price you have paid (not including any booking fee).

In the unlikely event of the need to halt the race during the event (i.e) due to natural disaster, Cloudburst Emergency or other unexpected event please review the details of stoppage proceedures.

Please follow the instructions given by race organisers and marshals on the course
